Fivesquares Development is Whitman-Walker's development partner for their site located on one of the last remaining large development parcels on DC's 14th Street Corridor. The project will house a mix of uses in its developable envelope of over 160,000 square feet. The project received unanimous approval from the DC Historic Preservation Review Board on June 2, 2016.
Fivesquares has been designated by WMATA to develop a Transit Oriented Development community on five acres located at the Grosvenor Metro Station.
Located in Logan Circle at the corner of 11th and M Streets NW, 10Eleven is a condominium project with 71 units, a rooftop terrace, and 4,200 square feet of ground floor retail. Each facade has been designed to complement the surrounding buildings in the Historic District. Delivered 2017.
